MANGO SORBET
  • 3 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • lemon zest (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
Put the sugar, lemon, strawberries and juice in a food processor and whip smooth. Add the mango a few chunks at a time until the sorbet thickens to a soft ice cream consistency. Taste and add more sugar or lemon juice if you like.
